How is my order shipped? How long will it take to receive?
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or First Class, depending on your selection at checkout. I aim to ship all orders within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, you should receive your order in 1-3 days via Priority Mail or 1-5 days via First Class.
Please note: The USPS is continuing to experience delays in January 2020. Shipping timelines may be lengthened.
Please note: If you use the code SONORAN for Free Shipping of orders $50+ at checkout, your order will be shipped via First-Class Mail. If you would like your order to ship Priority Mail, please pay for Priority Mail shipping.

Your order may ship in 2 separate packages. If your order is scheduled to ship in 2 packages, your order fulfillment emails will let you know which items have shipped, and the corresponding tracking numbers. Products ship from Arizona, California, and Minneapolis.
What is Route?
I’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give my customers the best possible delivery experience.
At checkout, you have the option to add Route+ to your order. Route+ is available for $0.98 or 1% of your order cost. Route+ is premium package protection for your online orders. When you add Route+ at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise.

What if my order never arrives or is stolen?
To protect your order against loss or theft, add Route+ package protection at checkout.
When you add Route+, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. When you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 24 hours.
Please note: If you do not purchase Route+ package protection at checkout, Paige Poppe Art is not responsible for lost or stolen orders.

Can I pick up my order locally to avoid shipping costs?
Local pickup in Arizona is currently not available. I do my best to keep shipping costs low for you. Most orders ship for around $3 via First-Class Mail! I also recommend shopping at any of my local retailers to shop in-person.
What is your refund/return policy?
Returns are only accepted for damaged items. If you have received an order that is damaged or broken, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damaged item. The photo will be reviewed, and a refund or exchange will be issued. Customers will not be responsible for the additional shipping charges if your damaged item is eligible for a replacement.
Exchanges are available for apparel items only when inventories permit. Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us, and the shipping for the new size.
Please allow 1-2 business days for a response to your return request. If applicable, your return will be issued same day or next day, and will arrive within 5-7 business days.
I am able to ship international orders! Please note that Paige Poppe Art has no control over custom fees, and these fees vary from country to country. Customers are responsible for paying all custom fees once package arrives.
If a package is "Unclaimed" by customer and returned to Paige Poppe Art, customer will be contacted via email. If customer wishes for Paige Poppe Art to resend the package, shipping cost will be invoiced. Paige Poppe Art is not responsible for unclaimed packages.
Can I commission you to create a custom piece?
Absolutely! I love working with clients to bring your design ideas to life, and enjoy taking on projects in many forms. You are welcome to fill out my contact form with your ideas, or can contact me directly via email, at email@example.com.

Can I get your artwork tattooed on myself?
If you admire one of my existing art pieces and would like to get it as a tattoo, I am so flattered! I ask that you please ask for permission first via email. I would also appreciate if you purchased a print of the work so your tattoo artist has a clear reference to work from.
