This license plate inspired design is hand painted and illustrated by Artist, Paige Poppe. Artwork features a dashing quail & blooming prickly pear cacti surround by mesa mountain cliffs, as well as the '12 in the corner which is a play on license plate registration. Arizona became a state in 1912!
